Contest Rules for Offshore Recruitment Service Prize
1. Contest Organizer:
This contest is organized by Atlas Executive Search & Recruitment (“Organizer”).
2. Eligibility:
● Contest is open to individuals and businesses registered and operating legally in Canada and the United States.
● Entrants must be 18 years or older and authorized to act on behalf of their company (if applicable).
●Contest is void where prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations.
3. Prize:
● This prize covers the search, vetting, and introduction of potential candidates only. The winner will be fully responsible for hiring decisions, employment agreements, management, payment of wages, and compliance with all applicable employment laws. Atlas ESR does not employ, manage, pay, or supervise the offshore candidate on behalf of the winner.
● One winner will receive a Full-Service Search to identify the ideal offshore candidate from a country of Atlas ESR's choice.
●Atlas ESR will conduct a complete discovery meeting and create a Professional Blueprint of the ideal candidate. Atlas ESR will then provide a shortlist of candidates that fit the required blueprint and present them to the winner. We will then facilitate interviews and assist the winner in selecting their new offshore team member.
●A draft/template employment agreement can be provided upon request.
●Winners will be requested to provide a testimonial of their experience.
4. Contest Period:
The contest begins 25th May and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on 9th June.
5. Entry Method:
● Participants must complete the entry form via Google Form. All questions must be answered for the application to be valid.
● Participants may receive one additional entry if they publicly share the contest on LinkedIn and tag Atlas Executive Search & Recruitment in the post. This bonus entry must be completed before the contest deadline.
6. Winner Selection:
● One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries within 7 business days following the contest closing date.
● Winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
● If the winner fails to respond, a new winner may be selected.
7. Prize Details and Limitations:
● The prize covers candidate search and introductions only. All hiring decisions, including the final selection, background verification, due diligence, agreements, negotiations, onboarding, management, and ongoing employment matters are the sole responsibility of the winner. Atlas ESR makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of candidate-provided information, and it is the winner's responsibility to conduct any desired background checks or additional vetting prior to hiring.
● Organizer does not guarantee the performance, actions, or employment outcomes of candidates introduced.
● Prize must be claimed and the search initiated within 90 days of notification.
8. Privacy:
Personal and company information collected will be used only for the purpose of conducting this contest unless explicit consent for other use is given.

9. General Terms:
● Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other services.
● Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and reassign a new winner if the original winner becomes unresponsive or unable to proceed after accepting the prize.
● Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this contest at any time.
● Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these rules.
● By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.

11. Taxes and Legal Obligations:
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or legal obligations arising from the receipt or use of the prize.
12. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Atlas ESR may use their company name, logo, and general description of the engagement for promotional purposes related to this contest.
13. Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Atlas ESR and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest or use of the prize.
14. 90-Day Guarantee:
If the placed candidate is let go or quits within 90 days of their start date, Atlas ESR will endeavor to find one replacement candidate for the same position absolutely free of charge. To enact the guarantee, Atlas must be informed within one week of the candidate’s departure. This guarantee is not valid if the employment of the candidate is terminated due to the employer’s misconduct or under uncontrollable circumstances such as lay-offs, bankruptcy, or the position becoming redundant.
15. Jurisdiction:
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
